BESPOKE DESIGN & BUILD

Our primary service is constructing new builds directly for Investors, Developers or Private Clients. This can include a full design and build package from beginning to end. However depending on individual circumstances we can offer a range of services from extending, refurbishments and turnkey new builds. 

As property developers ourselves we have longstanding relationships with local professionals specialising in all aspects of the development process from purchasing land and gaining planning permission, right up to the suppliers of internal finishes of the highest quality. Using our experience of over 25 years we are able to provide customers with the opportunity to design their home from the start with no compromises and allow customers to have a larger input into the design choices from an early stage.

We also retain good relationships with local estate agents and we could help you find the right plot for your new home if you have not already done so.

All construction works will be undertaken and overseen by our own management team and whilst we do retain a number of sub-contractors, the ones we use have been working with us for many years and we know and trust all the personnel and the quality of their workmanship.

Building your own home can be both exciting and rewarding and whilst we will offer you our advice as much as we feel appropriate, we never forget we are building your home and ultimately your requirements are of paramount importance to us.
